One year and one day is what a judge dished out to Abby Lee Miller after being found guilty of bankruptcy fraud and bringing with her to Australia $120,000 in unreported money. According to Fox News Miller will also have to pay a fine for $40,000 and then serve two years of probation after prison.
Apparently she had been hiding her assets in other accounts and falsifying the records she would submit to the FBI and IRS. Very recently the former TV star sat down with Good Morning America and here is what she had to say to them about her prison time to be served:
“I’m just going to pretend that I am shooting a movie, and we’re on set, and I am there for 10 months, and that’s the way it’s gonna be."
