Things are getting pretty interesting in the NFL. Ousted San Francisco QB Colin Kaepernick may soon have a home with the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. The team is no stranger to controversy but is stalling on making a decision to sign the QB due to fearing backlash from fans and financial supporters alike. Although Ravens owner Steve Biscotti knows that either way they decide people will be upset, he is still asking for prayers and opinions. He recently stated:
"I know that we're going to upset some people, and I know that we're going to make people happy that we stood up for somebody that has the right to do what he did," Bisciotti said.
Kaepernick and Ravens staff have been communicating back and forth. The star QB has assured them that there would be no protests this season and that he would stand for the anthem. Hopefully, Colin Kaepernick doesn't totally compromise who he is or what he believes in for the sake of playing football. If we are being completely honest he did nothing to deserve what has happened to him and I hope that people will stand behind that. Contrary to what many believe I think that he would do amazing things for football and even greater things for the city of Baltimore! #SIGNHIMBALTIMORE #BECOURAGEOUS #GORAVENS
