Ty Bolden is an inspirational writer, artist, actress, host, motivational speaker, praise & worship leader and minister to say the least! Born and raised in Denton, Maryland, Ty relocated to "The First State" Delaware with her husband children where she cultivated her love and passion music in addition to mentoring the youth in her community.
Growing up in a small town with big city dreams, Ty was forced to deal low self- esteem, sicknesses, insecurities, disappointments and heartache. It was through these trials and tribulations that Ty found her voice and the courage to press on.
Working diligently on her craft, Ty has released several projects with hopes to inspire all that take the time to listen. “Heaven on my Mind” her debut album was released in 2006 along with 2 follow up singles, “Without Your Love” in 2012 and wedding ballad “I Do” in 2015.
These projects can be found on on iTunes, CD Baby and most online stores. Nonetheless, Ty has been extremely busy as she is gearing up for the release of her new single "Free Woman" which is scheduled to drop June 2017!
In addition to music, Ty also has taken an interest in acting! She can be seen on the comedic platform “Cousins Cuttin Up” alongside her cousin Pritty Lee as they bring laughter to real life issues and more. Ty has also had leading roles in stage plays such as "How to love a Saved Man”, "1st Lady Diaries”, "Things Church People Won’t Say” & “Voices of Freedom”.
