Baltimore City native George Gambino is no stranger to the struggle. Growing up with 8 siblings, 2 mothers and his father; the family survived many hardships as his father maintained to keep it all together. His goal was to raise them all with the morals and principals to work hard and always put God and family first.
George started rapping in 2005 just as a hobby. Yet, it was the influence from older brother Meet that aided in his transition to taking it serious. It was then he started writing and rapping over industry beats. As time went on, he grew to love the idea of becoming a versatile artist on a professional level. Since, flowing over tracks with an old school hip hop feel are the preferred vibe. His latest freestyle "Good Drank" was just released and can be previewed below.
As with anything that requires dedication; George found his niche and overtime his delivery became more aggressive; word play more impressive and flow more versatile. Just recently he's even discovered that he has an ear for harmonizing and has begun to implement that into his music as well!
In addition to music; Gambino has a passion for all things fitness. He says "the gym is my playground". Not to let a good thing go to waste, George has participated in various fashion shows and is featured in an online look book online geared to inspire fashionable looks in hip hop. He's currently building and preparing for the launch his own clothing line entitled Black Made.
With a heart of humility, and a sincere love for his city, George has given back to local indie scene in support of other Baltimore artists.
